Hello, Marketer!

My name is Wes Bush, Founder & CEO at ProductLed  – an education provider that is reshaping the way thousands of businesses sell their products. We produce some of the world’s top training on how to build a product-led business. We do this by working with the best SaaS leaders and spreading their ideas through our leading-edge events and online training.

We are looking to hire a motivated, success-driven Marketing Manager who can acquire and nurture leads and help us continue growing at 300% YOY. We need someone who has the ability to analyze and act on data, along with a deep understanding of our customer behavior.

This is a fully remote position (anywhere worldwide), starting part-time and quickly growing to full-time.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager specifically with these requirements:

• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience in a marketing manager/growth lead role
• Has experience growing a business from 1 to 10 million in revenue
• Has experience working in or with SaaS/tech companies
• Has experience developing multi-channel campaign strategies
• Has experience with successfully running paid media campaigns
  
• Extensive experience running and analyzing campaigns
• Has experience owning traffic, signup, and revenue metrics
  
• Has experience creating user journeys that convert
• Has experience creating repeatable marketing playbooks and processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly
• Has experience leading a team
• Confident decision-maker
• Isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and do the hard work 

Nice to haves:

• Experience working in a remote team
• Has understanding of marketing similar products (courses, memberships)

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

• Leading, Managing, and being Accountable for SEO, Email Marketing, and Community seats, and freelance workers supporting demand generation
• Developing and executing short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to increase leads and sales
• Monitoring and optimizing campaigns and programs
• Working within a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborating with other departments to develop and enhance strategies
• Measuring and analyzing campaign and marketing success
